When a close family member was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, our understanding of food changed forever. Navigating restrictive diets, limited options, and a lack of truly enjoyable alternatives revealed a gap—one we felt compelled to fill.

What began as a way to support a loved one became a mission: to create baked goods made with integrity, intention, and real flavor—without grains, gluten, or unnecessary additives.

Today, Amor y Pan exists to offer thoughtfully crafted foods for people who care about what they eat and how it makes them feel—without sacrificing joy, texture, or taste.
